Week 1

Cheers from London England! I have been here for 5 weeks now, time to start playing catch up. Stay tuned for more posts in the next few days!

 The first week here was long, but great none the less!

 Monday we had our first day of class, went to the Tate museum and saw some Pre-Raphaelite art (that became a popular word around here..shudder) Then I just walked around the area by our flat.

I got a typical picture by the phone booth on a stroll around our flat!

Tuesday we went on our first walk around the city. We saw Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and much much more.

As we were on our walk we passed through a tunnel that used to be a prison. 

Wednesday we toured the Kensington Palace and Gardens.

 Too bad we didn't see William and Kate..

Friday we went to The London Tower Bridge, and got a tour of the Tower of London. There was a lot of torture and holdings in the Tower. There was also a zoo at one time. 

I saw the crown jewels!

Django premiered at a theater in Leister Square so we decided to try and catch Leonardo DeCaprio! We caught it right as they were leaving, but we got a poster!

After the movie premier we went to the M&M World. It was huge and really fun!
